During the workshop, participants engaged in hands-on training sessions with the FireBird-V Robot, a state-of-the-art educational tool developed by IIT Bombay. The sessions covered essential topics such as position control, motion and velocity control, LCD interfacing, and white-line following. These interactive experiments allowed students to directly apply the concepts they learned, providing them with a comprehensive and practical understanding of robotics.

In addition to the technical insights, all participants received digital certificates, acknowledging their participation and newly acquired skills. The event, which operated on a first-come, first-serve basis due to limited seating, was a resounding success, offering students not just advanced knowledge but also a glimpse into the future of technology and robotics.
Key Highlights
  • Comprehensive Training:  Covered basics of embedded systems and hands-on experience with the FireBird-V Robot.

  • Practical Learning:  Included real-world applications with experiments in position control, motion control, LCD interfacing, and white-line following.

  • Certification:  Digital certificates were awarded to all participants.

  • Exclusive Opportunity:  Limited seats were made available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Management by Coordinators:
The workshop's success can be attributed to the diligent efforts of the student coordinators from the Computer Engineering department. Prachiti Dahale, Pushpak Deore, Atharva Dharmadhikari, and Pavan Lambole played crucial roles in managing the event's logistics, coordinating with IIT Bombay's eYantra team, and ensuring a smooth experience for all attendees. Their commitment to delivering a high-quality educational experience was evident in every aspect of the workshop, reflecting their dedication to fostering a learning environment that bridges the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application.
